Does anybody know if Shoppers will get the ticket packages again this year?

two of my friends used it last year, each paid the $10 and upgraded to Thunder Alley Grandstand, pretty much got a free hat/tshirt (Cant remember which) and paddock pass.

Silver 22 last year was a one-time treat for me last year, and now i'm back to the budget seats.
